Our security team and logistical experts collaborate with strata corporations to create security plans that are tailored to their specific requirements. We provide individual officers and mobile patrols for single buildings, building complexes or parkades inside a development or multiple developments. As a part of this collaborative effort, we examine a condo property's security weaknesses and needs during our onboarding process, then provide recommendations for security coverage based on our findings; it's a multi-step process that's designed to give building management companies and tenants the security they require and deserve.

Condo concierges not only improve resident experiences, but they also help Property Managers manage their workload. They can assist with day-to-day operational needs, provide administrative support, and function as a liaison between all visiting parties. They also carefully monitor the CCTV footage to ensure they have eyes on the parkade, amenities and various common areas at all times. A focus on service might often come at the expense of keeping proper and active security surveillance of the building, but not when you hire IntercomLux as your primary security provider.
